Purchased from walmart.com have to find out on my own how to return to you some where else with no responds from them

you can make people very angry. I call you about 4:30 a.m. this morning it is now 4:00 p.m. still no respond you cannot be that busy if so stop with the message that you will get back to your customer shortly. you sent me the wrong size merchandise,therefore you need to pay for that shipping and handling. I've been getting the run around from you for 2 days now. WHY? Companies should provide good customer service your company sucks I hope I never have to deal with you guys again. What is a person to do to get thing resolved with this company? I should not have to contact the better business beau to try and get this solved you should be helpful enough.

BOUGHT A SPORT RACK SR1002. IS A POORLY MADE PRODUCT, THE RUBBER COMES AWAY AND SCRATCHES PAINT ON CAR. THE FEET THAT SIT ON THE CAR HAS ALLEN SCREWS THAT TIGHTEN, COMES LOOSE WHEN YOU TRAVEL. THE BARS SCRATCH EASY AND GETS INDENTS IN IT WHEN YOU PUT THE HOLDERS ON THE RACK. THE COMPANY WONT LET ME RETURN IT BECAUSE THEY SAID I USED IT, IT COST 164.00 + SHIPPING COST ME 184.00 AND ALL THEY WOULD GIVE BE BACK TOWARD THE ITEM IS 10.00... THAT IS UN ACCEPTABLE.....POOR BUSINESS, IF YOU SELL A PRODUCT YOU SHOULD STAND BEHIND IT.

BikeSomewhere.com has the worst customer service

I ordered a bike helmet on May 25 for a bike trip starting June 16. On 5/26 I got an order confirmation. I never heard from them again. I called twice and emailed twice the first week of June asking them what happened. Nobody called me back, but a couple days later I got an email saying my order would be shipped Fri 6/11. When I did not receive shipping confirmation Fri I emailed them and said if they shipped it Mon it would have to be overnight so I could get it before I left. They shipped it Mon UPS ground, due for delivery 6/21, 5 days after I left. I called them again. First time someone answered the phone. I said I wanted to speak to a Customer Service Manager and he would not let me. I had them cancel the order and credit my card. They did not care about any details. Virtually nonexistent customer service.
